www.access.org.au – Access Australia is a consumer controlled, not-for-profit organisation which provides support for people who are having difficulty conceiving. The site contains fact sheets covering most aspects of infertility (medical and emotional), a support group and sends regular newsletters.

www.fertilityfriend.com – This is a useful free resource which can help you understand your menstrual cycle and identify your ovulation to increase your pregnancy chances.

www.pcosdietsupport.com– This is a great website explaining all things about PCOS and measures you can take to improve your chances of having a baby.

www.yourfertility.org.au – Your fertility is a free website which publicly funded and set up by the Fertility Coalition. It contains a huge amount of useful information for both consumers and health professionals regarding natural fertility and how to optimize your chances of having a baby.

www.womhealth.org.au/ –  Women’s Health Queensland Wide is a not for profit health promotion and information service for women. The website contains evidence-based information regarding many areas of women’s health, including infertility, pregnancy, and menopause.

Visualisations for Fertility

Many women find trying to conceive a very stressful process whether it’s naturally or with fertility treatments and are looking for ways they could reduce that stress and anxiety. I have never listened to any of the links below but my clients have told me that they have found them useful so if you think it would suit you have a listen before you buy and get he one which resonates the most with you.

Bree Taylor Molyneaux – Hypnosis for Fertility – Bree is a Brisbane-based hypnotherapist who has a selection of products available on iTunes.

Zita West – Visualisations for Fertility – Zita West has range of audio available for purchase  for both natural and IVF fertility, including Relaxation During the Two Week Wait. We have the pre- and post-embryo transfer visualisations as well as the two week wait visualisation available to be played during your treatments.

Circle+bloom – Wanting to Conceive Programs – Circle + Bloom has numerous programs available for purchase for those wanting to conceive.

www.catherinedore.com.au – Catherine provides an amazing massage service for all stages of your pregnancy. I can personally vouch for her as she couldn’t get rid of me during my pregnancy! Check out her website for locations for both her massage services and her baby massage course where you can learn how to treat your your own little baby.
