Scrambled egg with salmon & vegetable breakfast

This week’s high protein breakfast looks delicious! High protein breakfasts help to regulate your blood sugars for the day which is very important for those trying to conceive.

  • 1/4 cup of leftover salmon
  • 2 eggs
  • Dash of milk (your choice)
  • 1 cup of green vegetables (Megan used broccoli & beans)
  • 1 tsp of shallots
  • 1/4 cup water
  • Salt & pepper to taste


  • Cut up broccoli and beans into small pieces
  • Put wok on stove on high temperature with water
  • Once water is boiling add vegetables in wok and cover for approximately 3 minutes
  • Mix eggs and milk together in a bowl
  • Pour into wok with vegetables
  • Use wooden spoon to mix eggs and vegetables
  • When egg just about cooked add shallots and salmon
  • Continue to stir until cooked
  • Season with salt and pepper
  • Enjoy!
